Beauty Bank Membership Terms & Conditions
Simple. Flexible. Designed Around You.
The West Kootenay Skin Clinic Beauty Bank allows Members to contribute a set amount each month to personal prepaid Beauty Bank funds. Monthly contributions accumulate and can be used toward eligible products and services at West Kootenay Skin Clinic / Renew Medispa.
Beauty Bank Funds are your prepaid funds. They do not expire and remain available until fully redeemed, even after your Membership ends.
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the West Kootenay Skin Clinic Beauty Bank Membership Program (“Beauty Bank”). By enrolling, you (“Member”) acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. How the Beauty Bank Works
Each month, your selected Membership amount is automatically charged to the payment method on file. The full amount of your monthly contribution is added to your personal Beauty Bank Funds balance.
Beauty Bank Funds may be used toward eligible products and services at West Kootenay Skin Clinic / Renew Medispa, including:
- Neuromodulators, Dermal fillers, Belkyra, Potenza, Laser treatments, PRP/PRF
- Eligible skincare and retail products
- All other eligible Clinic products and services
Beauty Bank Funds are not a discount or promotional credit. They represent money paid by the Member in advance toward future purchases.
All treatments remain subject to consultation, medical suitability, professional assessment, and availability.

3. Membership Details
Your Membership level, monthly contribution, monthly payment date, Membership term, total contribution over the Membership term, Membership start date and initial commitment end date are recorded on your signed enrollment agreement.
4. Cancellation and What Happens to Unused Funds
Cancellation Notice
All Membership cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to reception@wkskinclinic.ca. Cancellation ends the Membership; refunds are not available as ongoing cash withdrawals while a Member remains enrolled.
10-Day Cooling-Off Period
West Kootenay Skin Clinic voluntarily provides all Beauty Bank Members with a 10-calendar-day cooling-off period, regardless of whether enrollment occurs online or in person. Beauty Bank Funds and Membership benefits cannot be accessed or used during the 10-day cooling-off period. A Member may cancel their Membership at any time during the cooling-off period by providing written notice by email to reception@wkskinclinic.ca. If the Membership is cancelled within the 10-day cooling-off period, all amounts paid toward the Membership will be fully refunded to the original method of payment within 15 calendar days of West Kootenay Skin Clinic receiving the written cancellation notice. Membership benefits and access to Beauty Bank Funds become available only after the 10-day cooling-off period has ended.
During the Initial 12-Month Commitment
During the initial 12-month commitment, routine change-of-mind cancellation or refunds are not available. A Member may request early cancellation and a refund of unused paid funds in circumstances such as significant illness, medical unsuitability that prevents reasonable use of the funds, permanent relocation, or serious financial hardship. Requests will be reviewed by a designated Clinic manager. Any statutory cancellation or refund rights that apply will continue to apply.
After the Initial 12-Month Commitment
After the initial 12-month commitment, the Membership continues month-to-month. A Member may cancel by written email notice to reception@wkskinclinic.ca. After the initial 12-month commitment, a Member may cancel the Membership in accordance with the cancellation requirements set out in this Section.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the Member’s current monthly billing period in which the cancellation notice is received. Membership benefits will continue until the effective cancellation date.
Once cancellation notice has been received, no further monthly contribution will be charged on the Member’s next scheduled Monthly Payment Date. The Membership will end at the conclusion of the billing period that has already been paid for.
Unused Funds After Cancellation
When a Membership ends after the initial 12-month commitment, any unused Beauty Bank Funds will remain in the Member’s account indefinitely and may be used toward future eligible purchases. Unused Beauty Bank Funds are not refundable or redeemable for cash, except if the Clinic permanently stops providing services or as required by law.
Permitted Refunds
Where a refund is expressly permitted under this Agreement or required by law, the refund will equal the applicable amount paid by the Member, less any purchases already made or previous refunds, as applicable. No administration fee will be deducted. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible, with a processing target of 15 calendar days after approval or receipt of a valid refund request, as applicable.
5. Automatic Renewal
The Beauty Bank Membership will automatically renew following the initial 12-month Membership term. Monthly contributions will continue at the applicable Membership rate unless the Member chooses to cancel in accordance with the cancellation terms outlined in Section 4 of this Agreement.
Members will be notified in advance if renewal requires acceptance of updated Membership terms, conditions, and/or pricing.
Unused Beauty Bank Funds
Any unused Beauty Bank Funds accumulated during a previous Membership term will remain available for the Member’s use and will not expire, including if the Membership is not renewed or is subsequently cancelled.
6. Payment & Taxes
Monthly Beauty Bank contributions will be automatically charged to the Member’s payment method on file. Members are responsible for maintaining valid and current payment information.
Applicable taxes will be calculated when Beauty Bank Funds are redeemed, based on the products or services purchased. Beauty Bank Funds may be used toward both the purchase price and applicable taxes at the time of redemption.
If the Beauty Bank balance is insufficient to pay the full cost of the purchase, including applicable taxes, the Member must pay the remaining amount at the time of purchase using another accepted payment method.
All products and treatments must be paid in full at the time of purchase or treatment.
7. Beauty Bank Funds Do Not Expire
Beauty Bank Funds are prepaid funds and remain available indefinitely. They cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards, except where a refund is expressly permitted under Section 4 or required by law.
8. Priority Booking
Active Beauty Bank Members receive priority booking access whenever reasonably possible. Members are encouraged to schedule appointments at least two (2) weeks in advance to receive the greatest benefit from priority booking.
West Kootenay Skin Clinic will make reasonable efforts to accommodate Members’ preferred providers, dates and times; however, priority booking does not guarantee a specific provider, date, time or last-minute appointment availability.
9. Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows
West Kootenay Skin Clinic’s standard appointment cancellation policy applies. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Applicable late-cancellation or missed-appointment fees will be charged separately to the Member’s payment method on file and will not be deducted from the Member’s Beauty Bank Funds.
By enrolling, the Member authorizes West Kootenay Skin Clinic to charge applicable late-cancellation and missed-appointment fees to the payment method on file in accordance with Clinic policy.
10. Failed Payments & Clinic-Initiated Termination
If a scheduled payment fails, West Kootenay Skin Clinic may attempt to process the payment again, may suspend active Membership benefits while the account remains outstanding, and may require the Member to update their payment information. Repeated failed payments may result in the Clinic terminating the Beauty Bank Membership. If West Kootenay Skin Clinic terminates the Membership due to repeated failed payments, including during the initial 12-month commitment period, the Member’s obligation to make future monthly contributions ends as of the effective termination date. Any amounts that became due and payable before the effective termination date remain payable.
If the Clinic terminates the Membership, any unused Beauty Bank Funds previously paid by the Member will remain on the Member’s account indefinitely and may be used toward future eligible purchases. Membership benefits end as of the effective termination date.
11. Ongoing Membership & Balance Review
After the initial 12-month commitment, the Membership continues month-to-month until cancelled in accordance with Section 4. The Clinic may periodically review the Member’s Beauty Bank balance and provide a balance reminder. Members also may contact the Clinic at any time to request their current Beauty Bank balance.
The maximum Beauty Bank balance is $2,750.
If a Member’s next scheduled monthly contribution would cause their Beauty Bank balance to exceed the $2,750 maximum, the full monthly contribution will automatically be paused and will not be processed. Partial monthly contributions will not be charged.
Monthly contributions will automatically resume on the next scheduled payment date when the Member’s Beauty Bank balance has sufficient room for the full monthly contribution without exceeding the $2,750 maximum.
A payment pause resulting solely from reaching the Beauty Bank balance cap does not cancel or suspend the Membership. The Member will continue to receive their applicable Membership benefits while monthly contributions are paused due to the balance cap.
12. Changes to Membership
The Member’s agreed monthly contribution and Membership benefits will remain unchanged during the initial 12-month commitment.
After the initial commitment, the Clinic may change monthly contributions, benefits or policies with at least 30 days’ advance written notice. Members may cancel before those changes take effect without being charged the revised contribution.
Changes will not affect Beauty Bank Funds already purchased. Product and treatment prices may change, and purchases will be charged at the prices in effect when the funds are redeemed.
13. Treatment Eligibility
Membership does not guarantee eligibility for any particular treatment. All treatments are subject to professional assessment, medical suitability and provider approval where applicable. The Clinic may recommend alternative treatments or decline or postpone treatment when clinically appropriate. Enrollment in the Beauty Bank Membership does not replace any consultation, assessment or informed consent required for individual treatments.
14. General Terms
Beauty Bank Memberships are for individual use. Membership benefits cannot be transferred or shared.
15. Member Acceptance
At enrollment, each Member signs to confirm the following:
- I confirm that I have reviewed and understand my selected Membership level, monthly contribution, 12-month Membership term, total contribution, payment schedule, and these Terms & Conditions.
- I understand that Beauty Bank Funds are my prepaid funds, do not expire and remain available until fully redeemed, including after my Membership ends.
- I authorize West Kootenay Skin Clinic to automatically charge the agreed monthly contribution and any applicable late-cancellation or missed-appointment fees to my payment method on file.
Skin Club Membership Terms & Conditions
Your Personalized Plan for Better Skin
The West Kootenay Skin Clinic Skin Club is a one-year skincare membership designed to help you better understand your skin, establish a personalized skincare and treatment plan, and enjoy exclusive skincare and aesthetic benefits.

Membership start date is the day of your Eve Muse Skin Analysis and continues for 12 consecutive months after.
The Skin Club does not automatically renew. Members wishing to continue after the 12-month term must enroll for another year.
2. What’s Included
Eve Muse Skin Analysis & Consultation
An initial comprehensive Eve Muse Skin Analysis and consultation to assess your skin, concerns and goals. (Value $100)
A follow-up Eve Muse Skin Analysis is recommended approximately six months after beginning your treatment plan to assess progress and update recommendations. This optional follow-up scan is available for a discounted fee of $50 and is not included in the consultation fee waiver.
Personalized Recommendations
Following your Eve Muse Skin Analysis, your consultant will create personalized skincare product and treatment recommendations based on your individual needs and goals.
Consultations During Your Membership Term
During your active 12-month Skin Club Membership, consultation fees are waived for initial and repeat technician consultations for:
- Injectables
- Energy-based devices
- Hair restoration
Physician and Nurse Practitioner (NP) consultations are not included in this benefit.
Appointments remain subject to availability. The fee waiver applies to consultation fees only and does not include the optional $50 follow-up Eve Muse Skin Analysis. Products, treatments and services are charged separately unless another Skin Club benefit or eligible promotion applies.
15% Off Skincare Products on Consultation Day
Receive 15% off eligible, regularly priced medical-grade skincare products purchased for your personal use on the day of your initial included Eve Muse Skin Analysis and consultation.
The 15% consultation-day discount does not apply to a follow-up Eve Muse Skin Analysis.
10% Off Skincare for the Remainder of Your Membership
Receive 10% off eligible, regularly priced medical-grade skincare products purchased for your personal use for the remainder of your 12-month Membership.
10% Off Eligible Aesthetic Services
During your active Skin Club Membership, receive 10% off eligible aesthetic services.
Services included are: Facials, Pedicures, Manicures, Waxing, Brow lamination, tinting and lash lifts.
This benefit applies only to the services listed above. Discounts cannot be combined with package pricing, promotional pricing or other offers unless specifically stated by West Kootenay Skin Clinic.
Skin Club Skincare Gift
Skin Club Members receive a one-time skincare gift upon enrollment.
- Included once per 12-month Membership term.
- Selected by West Kootenay Skin Clinic.
- May vary depending on available inventory.
- Non-transferable.
- Has no cash value.
3. Customized Treatment Recommendations
Your Eve Muse consultation may include recommendations for a combination of treatments based on your skin concerns and goals.
Recommended treatments are priced according to the Clinic’s current pricing, including any applicable package or series pricing already available.
4. Product Discount Conditions
Skin Club product discounts are for the Member’s personal use only.
Membership discounts cannot be transferred, shared, or used to purchase products for family members, friends, or other clients.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, sales, special pricing or offers. Certain products may be excluded from Membership discounts. Any applicable exclusions will be communicated at the time of purchase.
5. Appointment Cancellation Policy and Membership Refunds
West Kootenay Skin Clinic’s standard appointment cancellation policy applies. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Applicable late-cancellation or missed-appointment fees may be charged to the Member’s payment method on file. By enrolling, the Member authorizes West Kootenay Skin Clinic to charge applicable fees in accordance with Clinic policy.
The $150 Skin Club membership fee, plus applicable taxes, is paid in full at enrollment and is non-refundable, except as required by law. It includes the initial Eve Muse Skin Analysis and consultation and access to membership benefits for 12 months. No partial or prorated refunds are provided if a member chooses to discontinue participation or does not use the remaining benefits. Membership does not automatically renew.
6. Membership Benefits & Expiry
The Skin Club is valid for 12 months from the Membership Start Date. Membership start date is the day of your Eve Muse Skin Analysis and continues for 12 consecutive months after.
Membership discounts and other Membership-only benefits must be used during the active 12-month Membership period and end on the Membership End Date unless otherwise required by law.
The Membership does not automatically renew.
7. Changes to Membership Benefits
West Kootenay Skin Clinic reserves the right to make reasonable changes to Membership benefits during the 12-month Membership term. This may include updating eligible products or services or replacing a benefit with another benefit of comparable value.
Any changes will be made with the intention of preserving the overall value of the Membership. Members will receive advance written notice of any significant changes to Membership benefits.
Pricing changes would apply to future Membership enrollments or renewals and will not increase the price of an existing, fully paid 12-month Membership.
8. Treatment & Product Recommendations
Eve Muse Skin Analysis and personalized recommendations are intended to assist in developing an individualized skincare and treatment plan. Recommendations may change based on the Member’s skin, goals, products, treatment history or other relevant factors.
Treatments remain subject to professional assessment, medical suitability and provider approval where applicable. Individual treatment or skincare results cannot be guaranteed.
9. Membership Use
- For the individual Member’s personal use only.
- Non-transferable.
- Not redeemable for cash.
- Subject to West Kootenay Skin Clinic policies.
10. General Terms
This Agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia and applicable laws of Canada.
11. Member Acceptance
At enrollment, each Member signs to confirm the following:
